# April Protocol Report: USDC Yield for $ZFI Stakers

As a reminder, Zyfai applies a 10% performance fee on the yield generated by Agents. This fee applies only to profits, never to deposited capital. Collected fees are first routed to the DAO treasury and then allocated as follows: → 50% to $ZFI stakers in USDC, distributed monthly on a pro-rata basis → 50% to protocol operations and R&D under the DAO mandate This creates powerful flywheels: Zyfai @Zyfai_ Earning yield on USDC and ETH is good. This means more assets under management (AUM) doesn't automatically translate into more revenue for stakers. We're now rebuilding the fee collection model. The new model will collect fees periodically without requiring users to withdraw, making protocol revenue and staking yield more predictable.
