# Zyfai June Protocol Report > Better Yield for Users, USDC Rewards for $ZFI Stakers **Published by:** [Zyfai](https://blog.zyf.ai/) **Published on:** 2026-07-04 **Categories:** report **URL:** https://blog.zyf.ai/zyfai-june-protocol-report ## Content June was another strong month for Zyfai. Zyfai's rule-based Agents continued to outperform static DeFi strategies, expanded across more assets and pools, and generated protocol fees that flow back to $ZFI stakers in USDC. Starting this month, we're combining our Yield Performance Report and Native Staking Yield Report into one unified monthly report. The goal is simple: give the community one comprehensive overview of Zyfai's yield performance, protocol activity, fees collected, staker yield, and everything that happened in the ecosystem last month. This monthly report brings both sides of Zyfai into one view: How much Yield Agents generated for users How Zyfai performed against static pools How much protocol revenue was collected How much USDC yield was distributed to $ZFI stakers What shipped this month What comes next 1. Agent Yield Performance June 1–June 30, 2026 Average Zyfai Agent APY (without incentives): 5.60% Average Static Pool APY: 4.26% Net Yield Outperformance: +31.46% vs. static DeFi A comparison chart for Base shows Zyfai’s average APY (green dashed line, inclusive of rZFI rewards) consistently above static USDC pool rates across the month. A comparison chart for Base shows Zyfai's average APY (green dashed line, inclusive of rZFI rewards) consistently above static USDC pool rates across the month. June was a different market environment compared to May. Static pool yields increased, narrowing the gap, while Zyfai still maintained a clear performance advantage. For every $100 of yield a static strategy generated in June, Zyfai Agents generated around $131. The reason is simple. Static strategies allocate once and wait. Zyfai's rule-based Agents monitor yield, liquidity, and pool risk continuously, then move capital when better risk-adjusted opportunities appear. Capital preservation stays ahead of yield in every allocation decision. Every pool Zyfai Agents use goes through quant team whitelisting first, while the risk layer monitors pool health, liquidity, collateral conditions, TVL and APY stability, and FUD on socials around the clock. When yields move, static positions are often late. Agents are not. 2. Yield Performance by Wallet Size To illustrate yield performance in practice, the figures below show actual weighted APYs by wallet size cohort, measured net of fees and inclusive of rZFI incentives where applicable. $1K–$10K Wallets Average APY (with rZFI): 7.6683% Average APY (native, no rZFI): 4.952% Example Wallet Link $10K–$100K Wallets Average APY (with rZFI): 7.6648% Average APY (native, no rZFI): 4.9485% Example Wallet Link $100K+ Wallets Average APY (with rZFI): 7.4792% Average APY (native, no rZFI): 4.7629% Example Wallet Link Smaller wallets benefited from faster capital cycling and higher relative APYs. Larger wallets prioritized liquidity depth and safer execution while still preserving a strong relative edge. Across every cohort, Zyfai held its advantage over passive allocation. 3. Protocol Fees and $ZFI Staker Yield Zyfai takes a 10% performance fee on yield generated by Agents. This fee is charged only on profit, never on deposited capital. The same Agent activity that earns users their yield is what funds the staking stream, so stakers hold a direct claim on protocol performance rather than token emissions. Every fee collected runs through the DAO treasury first, then splits in two: 50% to $ZFI stakers, paid in USDC and distributed monthly on a pro-rata basis 50% to protocol operations and R&D under the DAO mandate June Report Snapshot date: July 1, 2026 Stakers: 2,339 $ZFI staked: 71,678,091 (14.35% of total supply) Performance fees accrued: $2,586 $ZFI price at snapshot: $0.0045 Staking amount at snapshot in $ value: $322,121 50% streaming to $ZFI stakers = $1,293 or 2.59% APY → Available in your staking dashboard: https://zyf.ai/staking TX ID: https://basescan.org/tx/0xa9d63932c0e1af516213b4d25c7f66eb628822715a0412d9ef3205f4c03d4d1c 50% allocated to Ondefy Ltd for protocol operations and development under the DAO mandate = $1,293 TX ID: https://basescan.org/tx/0xda81f7f4989198bfb3e2d0eec41f0be5c241454a437cf3a6c4e62319245c35d8 Updated Fee Collection Model Zyfai now collects performance fees differently. Previously, performance fees were collected only when users withdrew. That created a timing gap: AUM could grow throughout the month, but protocol revenue only reached stakers when users exited positions. This also meant fee collection was tied to an action that is not ideal for the protocol: withdrawals. Starting now, Zyfai collects performance fees on a weekly basis. This creates a healthier model. Protocol revenue becomes more stable, monthly staking yield becomes more predictable, and fee generation is now tied to useful protocol activity: users staying deposited and Agents continuing to generate yield. How to maximize your monthly staking yield If you want the highest share of rewards, timing matters. The earlier in the month you stake, the larger your position at snapshot time. Snapshot happens at the end of every calendar month. If you staked in Month A, you receive yield throughout Month B. If you unstake before the end-of-month snapshot, you are excluded from the next month's reward stream. Staking dashboard: https://zyf.ai/staking 5. What Shipped in June June was also a strong product month for Zyfai. Zyfai shipped: Introduced the YieldMaxxing strategy and Scout Agent Shipped a new landing page and Live Agent Performance dashboard Launched $10K in USDC incentives on Base Added new Superform, IPOR Fusion, and Harvest pools Got featured in Cambrian Network's Agentic Finance Landscape Brought Zyfai to New York, with talks at Agentic Summit, Vault Summit, and ETHConf Dropped a thread on how Zyfai helps protect user capital 6. What's Next The main priorities for July are: Push for stronger yields across supported assets on Base Improve the product experience across onboarding, deposits, and strategy selection Continue strengthening the risk monitoring layer The goal remains the same: make Agents the main entry point for people to access DeFi. TL;DR: June 2026 Agent Performance: Average Zyfai Agent APY: 5.60% Average Static Pool APY: 4.26% Net Yield Outperformance: +31.46% vs. static DeFi Protocol Fees and Staker Yield: Protocol Fees Collected: $2,586 USDC Distributed to $ZFI Stakers: $1,293 Native Staking APY: 2.59% About Zyfai Zyfai gives you self-custodial access to autonomous low-risk DeFi.
